    • Rick J. Hyska, age 56, of Green Bay, passed away surrounded by the love of his family on Sunday, December 6, 2015. He was born on May 27, 1959, in Green bay, to Donald and Sally (DeGroot) Hyska. Rick graduated from Green Bay Southwest High School with the class of 1977. Throughout his career he worked for Crest International, Pioneer Metal Finishing, and Shopko Inc. Rick enjoyed fishing, hunting, boating, snowmobiling, going to the cottage, and most of all spending time with his grandson and family.

      Survivors include the love of his life, Diana Kain; daughter, Jenna Hyska; son, Nicholas Hyska; grandson, Kaden Hyska; father, Donald (Sarah) Hyska; mother, Sally Hyska; brothers, Gary Hyska and Marcus Tilch; sisters, Cherrie Haggerty, Debra (Dan) Zanzie, and Michelle Holford; many nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles; and his dogs, Casey and CJ.

      Rick was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Mike and Evelyn Hyska; maternal grandparents, Joseph and Marie DeGroot; and uncle, Ronald Hyska.

      Visitation will be held on Friday, December 11, 2015, at Lyndahl Funeral Home, 1350 Lombardi Avenue, Green Bay, from 3:00 pm until the time of funeral service at 6:00 pm. Entombment will be at Allouez Chapel Mausoleum. Online condolences may be expressed at www.lyndahl.com.

      Rick's family would like to extend a special thank you to Aurora VLCC and Aurora Hospice.

      In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established for cancer research.
