- DEATH CLAIMS MRS. L. HERMAN
Funeral Services Will Be Held Saturday Morning
Mrs. Louise Herman, 76, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Otto
Metzger, 1015 Philippen street, last night after a lingering illness.
Funeral services will be held from the Metzger home Saturday at
8:30 a.m. and at 9 o'clock from the St. Andrews Catholic church, with
the Rev. Henry Letz officiating. Burial will be at Evergreen cemetery.
Mrs. Herman, nee Baucknetch, was born in Centerville Oct. 19, 1858.
She was married to Otto Herman 59 years ago and he died nine years
ago.
Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Otto Metzger and Mrs.
Josephine Kanz of Milwaukee, one son Sidney of this city and one sister,
Mrs. Mary Hero??mus of Adell. There are six grandchildren and seven
great grandchildren who also survive.
The body will be removed to the Metzger home late this afternoon
from the Wattawa, Urbanek and Schlei funeral home.

Mrs. Herman who was 76 years of age was an expert needlewoman and spent
much time hooking and knitting rugs. She was born in Centerville.
