OTTO HAHN DIES AFTER LONG ILLNESS
Otto Hahn, a resident of the village of Manawa for the last 40 years, died at 8 o'clock this (Thursday) morning at the Convalescent hospital here. Mr. Hahn had been in ill health for several years.
Proprietor of the Central garage in Manawa for many years Mr. Hahn was well known throughout this community. Before taking over the garage he followed the carpenter trade and constructed numerous barns in the Manawa area.
Mr. Hahn was born at Hortonville October 26, 1872, and later lived at Clintonville for several years. He came to Manawa in 1900.
Survivors are the widow; three daughters, Mrs. Viola Barrett of Lannon; Miss Margaret Hahn and Mrs. Ruth Sturm, both of Manawa; two sons, Clarence Hahn of West Bend and Emory Jones of Green Bay; a half brother, Herman Passehl of Clintonville and a sister, Mrs. Emma Randt, Manawa.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Voss Funeral home here at 1:30 o'clock Saturday afternoon. Burial will take place in the Clintonville cemetery.
