Notes - CHARLESBURG -- Arnold Weber Sr. died at the home of his son Arnold, Dec. 3, at the age of 88 years. He was born in Germany in 1830; and was married 57 years ago to Margaret Wild, when he settled on the farm where he died. His wife died one year ago.
He is survived by four sons, Nicholas of Sherwood, John of Chilton, Peter of Iowa and Arnold who lives on the homestead; five daughters, Mrs. Louise Mahlberg of Sherwood, Mrs. Lena Conrad of New Holstein, Mrs. Mary Walber of Marytown, Mrs. Margaret Theobold of Iowa, and Mrs. Katie Flemming of Charlesburg; and one sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Rausch of Menasha. All were present at the funeral except Nicholas who was ill at the time.
Burial services were held Thursday, Rev. Miller officiating, interment being made in the St. Charles cemetery.
