- Dorothy "Sis" Grafmeier, 102, De Pere, passed away Wednesday morning October 7, 2015. She was born August 9, 1913 in Green Bay to John and Margaret (Melchoir) Davis. Sis was united in marriage to Mark Grafmeier. In her early years she lived in Gary, IN. for a short time an operated an overhead crane. Dorothy along with her sister Harriet ran the first restaurant at Austin Straubel Airport called Kemps Airport Grill. She then ran the kitchen at the Fox Valley Auto Auction until her retirement. She was known as "Cookie" by the patrons. Sis devoted her life to Gail and Mark. She was their biggest cheerleader. She attended many horse shows and horse pulls through the years. Sis and Mark also made many friendships that lasted throughout the years. She was the oldest member of Our Lady of Lourdes Parish.
Sis is survived by her daughter, Gail "Gigi" (Bob) Bailey-Rahmlow, step daughter, Karen Stuyvenberg, 4 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, 1 sister Harriet Smits, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Mark on May 3, 2015, her siblings; Helen Davis, John (Dorothy) Davis, as well as 3 nephews; Jim Kemps, John Davis Jr., and Charles Davis. Sis was also preceded in death by her two brothers in law; Sylvester "Ves" Kemps, and Ray Smits.

Tenth Street, De Pere after 10:00am on Saturday October 10, 2015, until time of service at 12:00pm with Deacon Mike VanderBloomen officiating burial in St. Patrick Cemetery, Snyderville.
