Age 48, passed away unexpectedly in Appleton Tuesday at 11:45 a.m. She was born February 2, 1914 in Buffalo, N.Y. and lived in Kaukauna most of her life. Mrs. Bauer is survived by her husband; two daughters, Mrs. Donald Grapentine, Appleton and Mrs. Lawrence Walters, Milwaukee; five sons, James Cornelius, Chippewa Falls, Wis., David Cornelius, Moody, Texas, Robert Cornelius, Milwaukee, Thomas and Gerald Bauer, at home; four brothers, James and George Andrews, Kaukauna, Steve, Costa Mesa, Calif., and Joseph, Milwaukee; six sisters, Mrs. Albert Kenry, Lyndonville, New York, Mrs. Thomas Kotnok, Franklin, N.J., Mrs. Theodore Gray, S. Beloit, Ill., Mrs. Herman Turk, Kaukauna, Mrs. Clarence Herkman, Black Creek and Mrs. Melvin Brockman, Kimberly; 11 grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Immanuel United Church of Christ, Kaukauna with burial in the Union Cemetery, Kaukauna. Rev. Roger Wentz will officiate. Friends may call at the Greenwood Funeral Home, Kaukauna, after 2 p.m. Thursday until noon Friday and then at the church.
