    • Mrs. Thelen Of Marytown Passes At Fond du Lac
      Mrs Sopbia Thelen, 69, lifelong resident of Marytown, died at St. Agnes hospital, Fond du Lac, after three months' illness.
      Born April 28, 1876, in Marytown, daughter of the late Mr and Mrs. Joseph Halbach, she was a member of the Christian Mothers' society of the pansh church in Marytown and of Catholic Knights branch 165 of that community.
      Surviving are two daughters and two sons, Mrs. Veiler Duerwachter, Chilton, Mrs. Alfred Berenz, Elcho; Zeno Thelen, Calumetville, and Edward Thelen, Marytown; five grandchildren, nine sisters and brothers, John, Henry and Vincent Halbach, Marytown; Math. and Joseph Halbach, Johnsburg; Paul of St Anna, Mrs. Edward Stephany, Fond du Lac; Sr. M. Romano, St. Joseph's convent, Milwaukee, and Sr. M. Wilhelma, Beaver Dam.
      Funeral services will be held Monday at 9 45 a. m. from the Edward Thelen residence, Marytown, and at 10 a. m. at St Mary's church, Marytown, burial to be in the church cemetery. The Rev. Charles Neu, pastor, will officiate.
