Notes - WEST ALLIS, Wis.—Howard M. Jansen, 73, of Brooksville, Fla., formerly of Milwaukee, was born to eternal life Wednesday, Dec. 31, 1997.
He was the son of the late William and Emma Jansen of Norway.
Mr. Jansen retired as a Milwaukee fire fighter, where he served for 30 years.
He was the beloved husband and best friend of Helen (Papric) for 51 years. Loving father of Charlotte (Roger) Muth, Katherine (Edward) Nevins, and Sharon (Albert) Gossler. Proud grandfather of seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Brother of Margaret Nygaard, Ronald (Nicky) Jansen, and Edward (Judi) Jansen. Also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Private burial will be in Norway.
Memorials may be made to St. Mary Hospice WBA.
