    • Leona T. Puylaert De Grand, age 85, formerly of. Green Bay, died Thursday, Jan. 29, 2004 at a nursing home in Killeen, Texas. She was born in the 'town of Eaton on Aug. 15, 1918, to the late Emil and Mary Puylaert. Leona worked to-support the war effort during World War II at a local plant. In later years she worked for Green Bay Food from which she later retired after 30 years of employment. Leona was a member of St. Philip the Apostle Catholic Church. She donated her time with theladies of the church bereavement committee.

      Survivors include two daughters, Carol Roulette and Mary and Gene Standridge, Killeen, Texas; six grandchildren, Susan and Marty Boles, Steven and Anne Marie Magee, Jeff Magee, Wendy Magee, Todd and Jenny Magee and David Magee; 12 great-grandchildren, Carole, David Ray, Richard Dean, Steven, and Teresa, all of Killeen, Texas; Blake, Chad, Eric, Rosie, and Haley, Wyatt and Dalton Magee, all of Green Bay; three great-great-grandchildren, Elizabeth, Samantha and Michael Dean, Texas; one sister, Dorothy Lemmens; two brothers, Richard and Robert; five sisters-in-law, Isabel, Edna, Alice, Ursela, and Anne Puylaert, all of Green Bay; nieces and nephews.

      She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer De Grand; and her daughter, Judy Herefort; five brothers, Joe, Norbert, Raymond, Harold, and an infant brother, Norbert; three sisters, Marie Ducat, Bernadine Laurent, and Gladys Umentum. Friends may call at ProkoWall Funeral Home, 1630 E. Mason St. from 4 to 8 p.m.. Tuesday and after 9:30 am. Wednesday at the church. Parish wake service 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Philip the Apostle the Catholic Church, 312 Victoria St: with the Rev. Larry Canavera officiating. Entombment in the Shrine of The Good Shepherd Mausoleum.
