Age 79, died early Monday morning after a long illness. He was born November 25, 190 in Kaukauna and had been a lifelong resident of the area. He was self-employed. He had owned and operated meat markets in Appleton and Kaukauna most of his life. He was a long-time Outagamie County Board member. Mr. Weyenberg was a member of the Kaukauna Lions Club, the Elks and the Knights of Columbus Council No. 1033. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Robert F. (Janet) Linskens, Route 2, Appleton; two sons, Roger, Larsen; and Ronald, Manitowoc; five sisters: Mrs. J.P. (Rose) Kline, Appleton; Mrs. Charles (Anna) Hopfensperger, Kaukauna; Mrs. George (Dora) Vosters, Kalamazoo, Michigan; Mrs. Ed (Gertrude) Mollen, Appleton; and Mrs. Henry (Elizabeth) Ver Hoven, Combined Locks; and 13 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Leona, 1978; a brother and two sisters. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Aloysius Catholic Church, Kaukauna. Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Kaukauna. Friends may call at the Greenwood Funeral Home, Kaukauna, after 4 p.m. Tuesday. There will be a prayer service at 8 Tuesday evening.
