    • De Pere - Marian Frances Kacmarynski, 85, De Pere, Wisconsin, was guided by angels to heaven on Thursday, September 27, 2018 with her loving daughters by her side.

The daughter of Martin and Frances (Hendricks) was born March 8, 1933 in De Pere, Wisconsin. Marian was united in marriage to Jerome "Kaz" Kacmarynski on October 23rd, 1954, at St Mary's Catholic Church, De Pere, Wisconsin, and they celebrated 54 years together.

Marian was a lifelong member of St Mary's Catholic Church. She was involved with the St. Mary's Quilters, as that was one of her passions. Sewing, needlepoint, and cross stitch were some of her many talents.

She made friends wherever she went, whether it was quilting with the church women, at the YMCA in the water aerobics class with her husband, working at the Union Hotel, or waitressing at the Swan Club. Her smile lit up the room and her kindness and giving heart was shared with many.

Marian was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and aunt.

Surviving Marian are her daughters: LuAnn (George) Fabian, Kathy (Bob) Barge, Janice Kacmarynski, Karen (Randy "Beat") Szcepanski. Her grandchildren: Lisa (Chad) Majewski, Kelly (Mike) Antkowiak, Janan, Timothy, Cameron, Miranda (Jake) Dahlke, Andrea (Brandon) Vahey, Joe. Great-grandchildren: Ty, Sawyer, Logan, Peyton, Madison, Mekennah, Teddy; Brother: Jim (Carol) Hendricks, sisters: Millie (Jack) Walsh, Dolores Vernosh, and Judy Kaz, sister-in-law.

Marian was preceded in death by her husband, parents, and infant daughter, Mary. Sister Bernice Hendricks, Martin (Doris) Kacmarynski, Lorraine (Bill) Robertson, Clem Kaz, Joyce Kacmarynski, Darrell Vernosh, and Norman Coullard.

Family and friends may call Wednesday, October 3rd, 2018, at St Mary Catholic Church, 4805 Sportsman Drive, Ledgeview, from 3 to 7 p.m. Parish prayer service at 6:30 p.m. Visitation will continue at the church Thursday, October 4, from 10 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. with Reverend Richard Getchel officiating. Entombment at Allouez Chapel Mausoleum. Online condolences may be expressed to Marian's family at www.cotterfuneralhome.com.
