    • Caroline H. Wiedenhaupt Nee Hopfensperger

      Age 89, passed away on February 2, 2001. Caroline was born on March 1, 1911 in Sherwood, WI. She worked for Tuttle Press for 27 years and then retired in 1972. Caroline was a member of the Golden Age Club of Appleton, and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. Caroline loved to go for long car rides, visiting with her friends at Oneida Heights, and most of all spending time with her family. Caroline is survived by one son, Wayne (Janice) Wiedenhaupt; three grandsons, Marvin (Janice), David (Tina), and Mark (Lynda) Wiedenhaupt; six great grandchildren, Lori, Craig, Amber, Kari, Lisa, and Joshua Wiedenhaupt; and one sister Marie Siedling and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Mary Hopfensperger; five brothers, George, Herman, Andrew, Daniel, and Albert; and one sister Katherine Vander Linden. The funeral liturgy will be on Tuesday February 6, 2001 at ST. JOSEPH CATHOLIC CHURCH (410 West Lawrence Street) at 4:00 p.m. with Fr. Michael K. O’Rourke officiating. Friends may call directly at the church on Tuesday at 3:00 p.m. until the time of service (4:00 p.m.).
