Notes - Mrs Lasee Dies After But a Week of Illness.
Death Occurred Yesterday at the Age of 47 Years.

Death called Mrs Bernard Lasee yesterday morning about 11:30 o'clock after an illness of about a week. The end was not expected, and daughters of the deceased woman, who are on their way from Portland, Ore, intending to attend the wedding of their sister Mary, will be here in time to attend the funeral of their mother.
Mrs. Lasee was formerly Miss Anna Kersten. She was born in the town of De Pere on Feb 12, 1868. On April 19 1887, at De Pere, she was married.
Her husband, 11 children, one brother, and six sisters survive her. The children are John, Gertrude, William, Mary, George, Joseph, Antone, Frances, Louisa, Leo, and Norbert, all of De Pere and vicinity. Her sisters are Mrs Frank Van Dreel of Rockland, Mrs Cornelius Biersteker of Glenmore, Mrs Joseph Crabb of Ladysmith, and Mrs Joseph Moore, Mrs Henry Van Dyke, and Mrs William Smith, of Portland Oregon. Her brother is Geroge Kersten, of the Town of De Pere.
