      Diedrick, Richard J.
Richard J. Diedrick, Wrightstown, beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle and friend, entered eternal life peacefully on his 75th birthday, April 23, at a local hospital, surrounded by his loving family. He is the son of the late George and Agnes (Coenen) Diedrick. Richard graduated from Freedom High School, and married his wife of 54 years, Helen Nelessen, on August 2, 1955. He was a machinist for Tuttle Press, later known as Hoffmaster, for 47 years, retiring in 1997.
Richard was an active and faithful member at St. Paul Catholic Church in Wrightstown, where he was a communion distributor, usher, involved in homebound ministry, and was a member of the Holy Name Society. He enjoyed playing softball, playing cards, bowling, breakfast with his buddies, going to his grandchildren's many activities, fixing things and making repairs for his family. He also enjoyed watching the Packers, Brewers, and Badgers play. He loved spending time with his children and grandchildren, all who have brought him so much pride and joy.
Richard will be deeply missed by his loving wife, Helen; seven children and their spouses: Dianne (Carl) Mooren, De Pere; Dorene (Ken) Schuster, Brillion; Daniel (Susan) Diedrick, Greenleaf; Dennis (Linda) Diedrick, Green Bay; David (Susan) Diedrick, De Pere; Dean (Sharon) Diedrick, Wrightstown; Duane (Diane) Diedrick, Wrightstown; twenty-two grandchildren: three great-grandchildren; one sister, Germaine (John) Green, Freedom; and one brother, Lawrence (Dolly) Diedrick, Combined Locks, WI; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Eugene (Bernice) Nelessen, Bob (Marion) Nelessen, Rita Nelessen, Millie (Gordy) Newhouse, Lorly (Gene) Van Camp, Dolly (Dale) Meulemans, Ceil Nelessen, Mary Kessler, and Art Vosters; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
