MRS. EDWARD PLEIER (Elizabeth Kitzinger) 1031 W. Lawrence St. Age 76, passed away unexpectedly at 2 :55 p.m. Friday. She was born January 17, 1889 in Black Creek, Wis. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church; the Third Order of St. Francis; the Christian Mother's Society and the Ladies Aid Society. Mrs. Pleier is survived by her husband, Edward; one son, Norman, Appleton; four daughters, Mrs. Irving (Florence) Van Zummeren, and Mrs. Kenneth (Marie) Day, both of Appleton; Mrs. Robert (Lorraine) Hermsen, Green Bay; Mrs. Marvin (Esther) Schnese, Kimberly; six sisters, Sister M. Protase O.S.F.; Sister M. Gervase O.S.F.; Sister M. Leonis O.S.F.; Mrs. Leonard Wolf, Appleton; Mrs. Joseph Loessel, Appleton and Miss Hilda Kitzinger, Appleton; two brothers, John and Peter Kitzinger, both of Black Creek; 33 granchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery. Friends may call at the Wichmann Funeral Home after 2 p.m. Sunday. Rosary will be prayed at 7:30 p.m. Sunday and at 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
