    • Charles A Weber, age 87 of New London, passed away peacefully August 19, 2014, at St. Joseph Residence, New London, WI.
      Charles was born in Shiocton, WI on December 4, 1926, the son of the late John and Arlene (Guyette) Weber. Charles married the love of his life Mary P. Roberts, September 30, 1948, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Bear Creek, WI. They shared 56 years together before she preceded him in death on February 15, 2004.
      Charles worked at American Can Paper Mill for 42 years. He also enjoyed working on his farm in Bear Creek where he planted crops and raised beef for many years before moving to New London.
      Charles is survived by his daughters: Rita Malouf, (New London) and Sandra (Randall) Lemke (Marion); sons: Charles Jr. (Kim) Weber (New London) and James (Glenda) Weber (Ogdensburg); grandchildren: Randall Malouf, William Malouf, Michael Malouf, Allen Roberts, Jonathon Weber, Katie Watters, Crystal Lemke, Amber Lemke, Carie Weber and Lucas Weber; and numerous great-grandchildren. He is further survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
      Charles is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Mary; daughters, Adela, Patricia, and Kathleen; grandsons, Danny Roberts and JJ Weber; sisters, Magdalene (Franklin) Samson and Madeline (Albert) Knapp; brother, Andrew (Eloise) Weber; and son-in-laws, Lester Malouf and Paul Roberts.
      A funeral service for Charles will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, August 22, 2014, at Cline & Hanson Funeral Home (209 W. Cook St., New London) with Fr Paul Feider officiating. Family and friends may call directly at the funeral home Friday morning from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Bear Creek, WI.
      Dad, as time went on we saw you getting tired and missing Mom more and more. We hope you two find more happiness than anyone could every image. We love you both.
