Notes - Benjamin Ft VandeBogart, 73, formerly of Appleton, died at Mayo clinic Rochester, Minn., Friday morning, and his body was sent here Monday to be buried in Riverside cemetery Tuesday. The funeral will be con ducted in Riverside chapel The decedent had been ill for five or six weeks and was taken to Rochester three weeks ago where an operation failed to save him. For the last three years he had been cared for by his daughter, Mrs A. B Karnes of East Grand Forks, Minn.. Mr VandeBogart lived on a farm near Appleton for 50 years before he removed to Antigo a few years ago. He is survived by a brother, C F VanteBogart, Appleton, a sister, Mrs John VandeBogart, Appleton, three daughters, Mrs. Karnes, Rochester, Mrs Frank Longtine and Mrs George Bassett, Oakland, Calif. Mrs. Karnes came here from Rochester with the body, and Mrs. Join Gladstone, Mich, came home for the funeral.
