      Condolences to the family member of Peter Larson, who passed away on Wednesday, June 24. Tribal rites and a feast were held at the Tribal Center. Burial was at the Historyland Cemetery. Military rites were accorded by the Hayward Veterans Council. Mr. Larson received two proclamations in June 1985 from the State of WI and the Tribal Governing Board. A room at the Tribal Center was name in his honor, and Peter Larson Day was proclaimed by Governor Anthony Earl. There were various speakers at his wake, which concluded with an Honor Song by the LCO Badgers using the Veterans Drum. A feast was served at the LCO Athletic Club. Pallbearers were Bill Cadotte, Alvin Froemel, Joseph Corbine, Kenneth Corbine, Rick St. Germaine, and Mike Jensen.
