  Mrs. Anton Dedering, 82, a former New Holstein resident, died Dec. 23, at Calumet Memorial Hospital. She and her husband had been living at the Toth Nursing Home, Chilton, since July. The daughter of the late Ole and Julia Johnson Hanson was born on July 10, 1882 in the town of Cato, Manitowoc County. She was married to Anton Dedering on April 8, 1920 at Valders, but they lived in Sheboygan until 1945. They had lived in New Holstein since then until they moved to the Toth Nursing Home. Mrs. Dedering was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Kiel. Surviving are her husband and a brother, Alvin of Sun City, Ariz. Funeral services were held at the Erbe-Evjen Funeral Home, New Holstein, the Rev. C. L. Reiter, pastor of Trinity Lutheran Church, Kiel, officiating. Burial was in the New Holstein City Cemetery.
