    • Elsie Dedering, 83, of 704 First Street, Kiel, died Saturday, January 25, at Calumet Memorial Hospital, Chilton. The former Elsie Kautzer, was born September 30, 1902, at St. Nazianz, daughter of John and Magdalene Fitzig Kautzer. She was married to Rudolph Wendling on December 30, 1920. He died March 10, 1946. She was married to Elmer H. Dedering on June 12, 1948. He died June 25, 1983. She lived her entire life in the Kiel area. She was a member of St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church and GUG Germania.
      Surviving are nine daughters and sons-in-law,
      Marie and Arno Kienbaum,
      Jeanette and Jack Graf,
      Georgiana and Leroy Breit,
      Sylvia and Alfred Anhalt, all of Kiel;
      Barbara and John Schwind, Glenbeulah;
      Deloris and Anthony Kauth, Kiel;
      Diane and Thomas Twohig, Fond du Lac;
      Nancy and Robert Weir, El Paso, Texas;
      Elsie and Allan Arnold, Kiel;
      three sons and daughters-in-law,
      Glenroy and Elaine, Collins;
      Jerome and Janet; and
      Rudolph and Barbara of Kiel;
      one stepson, Robert and Charlotte Dedering, Kiel;
      42 grandchildren; 48 great grandchildren; one step-grandson; two sisters, Mrs. Roland (Hattie) Schnell, Kiel and Mrs. Anton (Frieda) Schnell, St. Nazianz. She was preceded in death by six sisters and five brothers.

      Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 29, at Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Kiel with Father Thomas Leannah officiating. Burial was in the Kiel cemetery.
