- Pauline G. Jeske, of Neenah, age 88, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 27, 2005 at Vallhaven Care Center. She was born March 25, 1917, daughter of Maxwell and Pauline Atkinson. She married Harold E. Jeske; he preceded her in death on February 16, 1983. Pauline and Harold farmed in Larsen until their retirement in 1978. She loved spending time with her family and grandchildren.
Survivors include nine children: Verna Steinbecker, Ruth D. Jeske, Victor G. (Agnes) Jeske, Lloyd D. (Rose) Jeske, Roseann (William) Hendzel, Audrey Schmidt, Dale Jeske, Barbara (Patrick) Wilz, and Bonnie (Jimmy) Barber; 27 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Agnes King.
She was preceded in death by a son, Robert; a sister, Maxine; and three brothers: Donald, Willard, and Maxwell.
Funeral services will be held Monday, October 31, 2005 at 11 a.m., at Neenah's Westgor Funeral Home with Mr. Stanley March and Mr. Gaylen Van Loon officiating. Interment will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday from 4 to 8 p.m.; and again on Monday from 10 a.m. until the time of services.
The family would like to thank the staff of Vallhaven Care Center for the wonderful care given to our mother.
