      John Hubatch, aged 84 years, passed away yesterday at 6:50 a. m. at the home of his son, Frank, in the town of Rolling. Death was caused by dropsy. Mr. Hubatch came to this country from Austria 21 years ago and has made his home with his youngest son, Frank. Those surviving his death are: four daughters, Mrs. Wenzel Hueler [Höller] of Austria, Mrs. J. Seis and Mrs. J. Marktras [Markgraf] of town of Rolling and Mrs. W. Schiedleouer [Schedlbauer] of Antigo; three sons, George, Robert and Frank of Town of Rolling and one sister, Mrs. J. Fleischman of town of Ackley. Funeral services will take place Thursday at 10 a. m. at St. John's church, the Rev. Father Conrad Saile officiating.
