    • Mrs. Gertrude Collar 228 N. Pine St., Hortonville Age 77, passed away in Appleton Wednesday evening, unexpectedly. She was born November 11,1897 in the Town of Dale and lived in the Hortonville area all of her life. She was a member of St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Hortonville, and the Christian Mother's Society. Survivors include four daughters, Mrs.. Junior (Dorothy) Schultz, Appleton, Mrs. Fred (Marie) Schlegel, Hortonville, Mrs. Glen (Sally) Christensen, Rothschild, Wisconsin and Mrs. Jerry (Lois) Gleason, Milwaukee; a son, Elmer Collar of Fond du Lac; fifteen grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren. Three sisters preceded her in death. Complete funeral services will be held Saturday morning at 11 a.m. at St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Hor- tonville with burial in the parish cemetery. Rev. Paul Vanden Hogen will officiate. A rosary will be prayed at 8 p.m. Friday. Friends may call at the Borchardt and Moder Funeral Home, Hortonville, Friday from 2 p.m., until the hour of service.
