      & Machine. Survived by ex-wife Anne Casbon, daughter Christine Leech, sons
      Patrick and Matthew Duyck and seven grandchildren. Survived by older
      brother Richard Duyck, older sister Shirley Tannock, and younger sisters Brenda Jackson and Nancy Bethurem. Preceded in death by parents Julius Constance Duyck and Geraldine Mary Ann Duyck, older sister Colleen Banbury, younger brother Monty Duyck, brother in-law Gary Bethurem and nephew Mark Tannock.
