Funeral services were held today for John Anker, 38, town of Brillion farmer, and Michael Kasczarcki, 40, Hollandtown, Brown County, victims of an automobile crash last Saturday, near Forest Junction. Anker is survived by his wife and stepson, Raymond Hernke, 10, who was riding with the two men in their car when it collided with a truck driven by Jerome Foster of Hilbert Junction.
Kasczarcki is survived by his widow and a family of 15 children. Reports from Green Bay state that the condition of the Hernke boy, who has a fractured skull and internal injuries, still remains critical.
Detailed reports of the accident show that Kasczarcki had been at the Anker farm in the afternoon where he applied for work. He had been accepted and Anker was driving his back to this home where he intended to get his belongings. They were within a half mile of their destination when the accident happened.
Foester sustained a ruptured right ear drum and his face was cut but he was released from the Green Bay hospital shortly after treatment. Anker was a new resident of the town of Brillion. He had come from Coleman three weeks ago to manage the farm of his father-in-law, Theodore Franzke.

The funeral of John Mathies Anker, one of the victims of the fatal automobile collision which took place a mile north of Wolfmeyers corner early last Saturday evening, was held here Wednesday afternoon in the tabernacle on the Evangelical camp ground. Interment was in the local cemetery, with the Rev. W. L. Zeller in charge of the obsequies.
The decedent was a son of Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Anker of Colman, where he was born on July 19k 1894. On June 4, 1932 he was married to Mrs. Lillian Hernke and continued residence at Coleman until this spring, when he came here to operate the farm of his father-in-law, Theo. Franzke at Wolfmeyers corner. Death occurred about 2 oclock Sunday morning at the Bellin hospital, Green Bay.
He is survived by his widow, a stepson, Raymond Hernke, who was also critically injured in the collision; his parents; two sisters and one brother, and two half-brothers and one half-sister.
