    • Armstrong, Thomas M."Mike," of Kaukauna, age 62, passed away on Tuesday, June 14, 2005 at Parkside Care Center in Little Chute. Mike was born in Kaukauna on August 5, 1 942, son of the late Thomas and Florence (Trettin) Armstrong. He was a lifelong Kaukauna resident, and on November 2, 1968 married the former Linda Berg of De Pere; she survives. Mike was proud of his service in the United States Army during the Viet Nam war, and for many years worked in the Shipping and Receiving Department at Presto Products in Appleton. Mi ke enjoyed watching football games, golf, fishing, reading, time outdoors, and spending time with his grandchildren.Mike is survived by his wife, Linda Armstrong of Kaukauna; three daughters: Fay Armstrong and her fiance Thomas Sell of Jericho, Wisconsin; Amy (Ro n) Fieck of Kaukauna; and Jennifer Armstrong and her close friend Domin ic DiMatteo of Appleton; six grandchildren: Christopher, Sarah, Kimberl y, and Heidi Manley, and Amanda and Brandon Fieck, as well as several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.He was preceded in death by his parents, and by a sister, Patricia (Lloy d) Lewis.Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, June 17, 2005 at BETHA NY LUTHERAN CHURCH, 124 W. Tenth Street in Kaukauna, with Rev. Walter Stei nbach officiating. Friends may call directly at the church on Friday fr om 1 p.m. until the hour of the service.
