Age 74, died peacefully Saturday, May 28, 1994 at St. Elizabeth's Hospital. She was born Aug. 6, 1919, in Hollandtown, the daughter of the late William and Anna (Arts) Brochtrup. She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Leo J. Haen; one son, Lee T. Haen, Glendale, Ariz; three daughters and two sons-in-law: Judy and Tom Verhagen, Kaukauna, Patricia Haen, San Francisco, Calif., Nancie and George Peebles, Kaukauna. Nine grandchildren: Victoria, Maureen, Tricia (Charles) Schubert, Emily and Dan Verhagen; Dylan, David, George Elliott, Danny Peebles. Two brothers and a sister-in-law: Carlos Brochtrup, Appleton, Father Eugene Brochtrup, S.D.S., Manitowoc, Isabelle Brochtrup, Hollandtown; two sisters and a brother-in-law: Sister Anne Brochtrup, Green Bay, Gloria and Linus Vanderloop, Hollandtown. She was preceded in death by a brother, Roland Brochtrup. The mass will be celebrated at 7 p.m. Tuesday, May 31, 1994, at St. Aloysius Catholic Church, Kaukauna, with Father John Hephner officiating. Friends may call at St. Aloysius Catholic Church, Kaukauna, from 4 p.m. Tuesday until the time of service. A memorial fund has been established for the birds and the flowers at 1000 Islands Environmental Center, Kaukauna.
