    • Miss Eva Freund, 85, died at 4:30 a.m. today at the Toth Nursing home, Chilton, where she had resided for the last 18 months.

      Born May 24, 1880, in the Town of Empire, she was the daughter of John and Christina Friend Freund. Miss Freund had resided in St. Paul and Wichita, Kan., before moving to the Chilton area, where she operated a rooming house. She was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Marytown and the Christian mothers Society.

      Surviving is a brother, Ferdinand, West Palm Beach, Fla. She was preceded in death by four brothers and three sisters.

      Friends may call after 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Lisowe Funeral Home, St. Cloud. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 A.M. Thursday at the funeral home and 11 a.m. at St. Mary’s Church. Burial wil be in St. John’s Cemetery, Johnsburg.
