Chilton Mrs. Helen F. Schneider, aged 75, passed away at the home of her sister, Mrs. Charles Meisel of Kiel on Thursday morning after having been ill since she suffered a stroke on Wednesday Nov. 8.
She was born in the town of Stockbridge in October 1858, and was married to Michael Schneider in 1875. They located on a farm in the town of Stockbridge where Mrs. Schneider lived until six years ago when she moved to Chilton. Her husband preceded her in death 28 years ago.
The survivors are seven sons, John, Henry and Frank of Chilton; Joseph of Forest Junction; Emanuel, Three Lakes; Charles, Median, and Edmund of Kiel; two daughters, Mrs. John Hoerth of Chilton and Mrs. Herbert Bourichter of Watertown; two step-children, Jake Schneider of Chilton and Mrs. Alfred Neuber of Chilton; forty-three grandchildren and seventeen great Grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Fred Ecker of Stockbridge, Mrs. Charles Meisel of Kiel and Mrs. Mike Simon, South Dakota. She was preceded in death by two daughters who died in infancy and by her two brothers.
