    • Funeral rites for Fred A. Peterson, 70, who died Monday at this home in Chilton town, following an illness, were held Wednesday at the Erbe-Hoffmann funeral home here and burial was made in the Hillside cemetery. The Rev. E. L. Hennig, pastor of the Ebenezer Ev. And Reformed Church of Chilton, officiated.

      Mr. Peterson was born June 6, 1874, in Denmark, and came to America when ten years old. He resided in Milwaukee for 10 years before coming to Chilton where he resided the past 27 years.

      He married Josephine Miller here on November 26, 1907. Mr. Peterson was a member of the Modern Woodmen of America.
      Survivors are his wife; 2 brothers, Martin of North Milwaukee and Frank of Canada; and a sister, Kate Peterson of Chicago.
