Delores T. "Dee" Baumann, age 75, of Appleton, slipped peacefully into eternal rest on Sunday, January 25, 2009, at home surrounded by her family. She was born December 22, 1933, in Freedom, the daughter of the late Joseph and Dora (Verhagen) Hooyman. She graduated from Freedom High School. Dee married Victor W. Dee's pride and joy were her grandchildren: Shaun, Travis, Morgan and Kristin. Dee enjoyed her computer, the Packers, reading, playing cards, jigsaw puzzles and being with her family and friends.
Dee is survived by her four children and their spouses: Linda L. (Todd) Fischer, David L. (Betsy) Baumann, Russ J. (Lynn) Baumann, Michelle A. (Tim) Wyngaard; four grandchildren, whom she adored: Shaun and Travis Fischer, Morgan and Kristin Wyngaard. She is also survived by three sisters-in-law: Lorraine, Therese and Florence Hooyman.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, mother and father-in-law: Victor and Hildegarde Baumann, Sr.; four brothers: Harold, Leo, Robert and Joseph, Jr.; three sisters: Marie (Otto) Coenen, Evelyn (Al) Huisman, Della (Clarence) Van Heuklon; and a sister-in-law, Barbara King.
