    • MENASHA RESIDENT FOR SO YEARS DIES
      Menasha - Herman Bredendick, resident of Menasha for a half century, passed away this morning at 8 o'clock at the home of his daughter, Mrs. John Powers, 433 South Commercial street, Neenah. He had been in poor health the past year.

      He was born in Germany, Sept. 1, 1862, and came with his parents to America, and to West Bend in this state when he was 6 weeks old. He came to Menasha 50 years ago, and had been a resident ever since. He was a member of the Modern Woodmen of America, the E. R. A., and the Germania society.

      Survivors are the widow; three daughters, Mrs. William Christensen and Mrs. Henry Braun, Menasha, and Mrs. John Powers, Neenah; one son, Walter Bredendick, Menasha; 11 grandchildren; two brothers, Otto Bredendick, Neenah, and William Bredendick, Wittenburg; a half-brother, Herman Vogt, Neenah; two sisters, Mrs. Minnie Staffeld. Neenah, and Mrs. William Paul, Sherwood; and a half-sister. Mrs. William Christian, Oshkosh.

      The funeral will be Sunday at 1:30 o'clock from the Powers home In Neenah, and at 2 o'clock from the Trinity Lutheran church in Menasha. Rev. J. C. Pohlev will officiate. officiate. Burial will be in Rest Haven cemetery.
