- Reginald "Reg" J. Deterville, 72, Sugarbush, died Friday evening, Sept. 9, 2011, at his home following a battle with cancer. He was born in Walhain, to Dolores M. (Dart) Deterville and the late Ervin P. Deterville on June 17, 1939.
On July 4, 1959, Reg married Eunice R. Dax at St. Joseph Church, Champion. His enjoyments included playing cards and spending time with his family.
Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Eunice; and their children, Mark (Rosie) Deterville, Amanda (Greg) Nimmer, all of Luxemburg; Sherry Toms, AUS; Thomas (Rebecca) Deterville, Luxemburg; Melinda (Dean) Enderby, Pulaski; his mother, Dolores Deterville, Luxemburg; one brother, James Deterville, Luxemburg; 15 grandchildren, Joshua (Jessica) Deterville, Jeremy (Collette) Deterville, Jacob Deterville, Sarah (Joshua) Wallace, Rachel Nimmer, Emma Toms, Travis Toms, Danielle, Dawn and Dana Deterville, Jessica, Stephanie, Jonathan, Justin and Katelyn Enderby; four great-grandchildren, Joey, Kendal, Alex and Aaliyah; two sisters-in-law and two brothers-in-law, Donna (Byron) Bredael, Luxemburg; Ray (Elizabeth) Dax, Sheboygan.
Reg was preceded in death by his father, Ervin Deterville; and one sister-in-law, Lou Ann Sticka.
