    • Lorrayne Hoewisch went to be with her heavenly Father on Saturday morning, December 12, 2015, at St. Joseph Residence, New London. She was born south of Shiocton, December 21, 1914, daughter of the late Howard and Nettie (Kennedy) Andrews. In less than a week, she would have been 101. After graduation from Shiocton High School, Lorrayne continued her education at the Normal School, Appleton. She was an active member of the Congregational Church and First Ev. Lutheran Church, Shiocton. She was in the Homemakers, a 4-H leader and was a Master Angler; she never tired of fishing. Lorrayne went from horse and buggy to spaceships in her lifetime.

      She is survived by her daughters, Kathy (Garry) Schmidt, and children, Rodney Nelson, Richie, Amy, Bella and Avery Nelson, Robin (Randy) Samz; Pattie (Chuck) Vanderloop and Lisa (Howie) Abhold and daughter Brianna; Carol Hoewisch, and children, Sandy (Randy) Wedding, Brian, Kalen, Loren and Ben Tesch. Lorrayne is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

      She was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Erwin Hoewisch, 4 brothers, 2 sisters and 2 step-brothers..

      Funeral services for Lorrayne will be held on Thursday, December 17, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. at First Ev. Lutheran Church, Shiocton with Rev. Paul Hinz officiating. Visitation will be held at the church on Thursday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will be in the Bovina Cemetery.
