      Age 81, died at 2 p.m. Thursday, January 19, 1989. She was born February 12, 1907 in Little Chute. She was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church and the VFW Auxiliary. Survivors include four daughters and sons-in-law: Julia and Jim Schuh, Kaukauna; Shirley and Norm Carlson, Kimberly; Lois and Harry Mickowloski, Kaukauna; Sharon and Tom Belling, Kaukauna; a son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Aurelia Coenen, Freedom; a brother, Ed DeBruin, Kimberly; a sister, Min Lamers, Kaukauna; a sister-in-law, Lena DeBruin, Little Chute; 39 grandchildren, 49 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry in 1981, a daughter, Gloria, two grandsons: John Coenen and Mark Biese, and a great-grandson, three brothers: Bill, Henry and Jack DeBruin; five sisters: Kate Kobussen, Nel Kobussen, Ann Jansen, Mary Hoefler, Hattie Jansen and a son-in-law, Dave Pomeroy. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday from Holy Cross Catholic Church, Kaukauna with the Rev. John Mullarkey officiating. Interment will be in St. John Cemetery, Little Chute. Friends may call at the Verkuilen Funeral Home, from 4 until 9 p.m. Sunday and from 9:30 a.m. Monday until the time of services. There will be a prayer service at 7:30 p.m. Sunday.
