George T. Weyenberg 606 Taylor St. Little Chute
Age 74, passed away Wednesday noon unexpectedly at his home. He was born October 2, 1896 in the town of Vanden Broek. He was employed at the Kimberly Clark Corp. Kimberly, until his retirement. He was a member of the Holy Name Society, a member of the Jacob's Coppus Legion Post 258, a member of the Golden Agers and a member of the Quarter Century Club. He was a WW I Veteran.
Survivors are his wife, Clara Weyenberg; four daughters, Mrs. Ervin (Jane) Van Dyke, Mrs. Donald (Dolores) De Groot, both of Little Chute; Mrs. Joseph (Angelia) Van Bakel, Amarillo,Tx; Mrs. Morris (Rita) Powell, Navarino; two sons, Mark and Thomas both of Little Chute; two brothers, Matthew, Rt. 1 Kaukauna; Henry, Larsen; five sisters, Mrs. William (Mary) Van Deraa, Hollandtown; Mrs. Clem (Dora) Hogen, Moline, Il; Mrs. Chris (Rose) Vanden Heuvel, Appleton; Mrs. George (Nellie) Fox, Little Chute; Miss Frances Weyenberg, Kimberly; 20 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Funeral services will be held at 10 AM Friday at St. John Catholic Church with interment in the parish cemetery, Rev. Norbert VandeLoo officiating. Friends may call at the Verkuilen Funeral Home after 3 PM Thursday with the prayer at 8 PM Thursday evening.
