    • Suzanne Louise Becher passed away on June 5, 2014. She fought a long 8-year battle with Wagners Disease. Suzanne was born on April 24, 1944, to the late Florian and Florence (Ellenbecker) Becher. After growing up in Greenville and graduating from Hortonville High School in 1962, she moved with her parents to Appleton in 1979. Suzanne worked for the Appleton YMCA for 16 years. She enjoyed the company of many friends while she resided at Oneida Heights.

      Suzanne is survived by a sister: Mary Ellen (Ed) Majewski, Mursfreeboro, TN and their sons: Stephen (Mara), Dunlap, TN, David (Rebecca), Wheaton, IL, and Michael (Tarry), Nashville, TN; brother: Jim (Judie) Becher and their children: Scott, McFarland, Keith, Chanhassen, MN, and Lisa (Kevin) Hansen, Appleton. Suzanne is further survived by a very special friend Ken Hofer and special girlfriends Kathleen, Janet and Sister Ann. She was preceded in death by her parents.

      A Mass of Resurrection will be held at 10:30 AM, Tuesday, June 10, 2014 at St. Mary Catholic Church, 312 S. State Street, Appleton,with Fr. James Leary OFM Cap officiating. Friends may visit at the church on Tuesday from 9:30 am until the time of the service. Suzanne will be interred beside her parents at Highland Memorial Park.

      The family would like to thank the staff at Manor Care for the care they provided to Suzanne.
