      Age 88, died suddenly at her home at 5:30 p.m. Friday. She was born June 29, 1889 in the Town of Center and had lived in Appleton since the age of 15. Mrs. Horn was a member of the Golden Agers and was an active member of Mt. Olive Lutheran Church and its Ladies Aid Society. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Clarence (Wilma) Christen, Appleton; two brothers John and Alvin, both of Appleton; three sisters: Mrs. George (Martha) Schabo and Mrs. George (Olga) Wolfgram, both of Appleton; Mrs. Paul (Ella) Kamke, New London; seven grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 30 years ago and a daughter Mrs. Howard (Alice) Arent on February 26, 1977 and also by a sister Bertha, and a brother William. The complete funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Bethany Lutheran Church with the Rev. Richard K Pankow officiating. Interment will be in Highland Memorial Park. Friends may call at the Wichmann Funeral Home from 3to 9 p.m. Sunday, and after 12 noon Monday at the church until the time of the service. A memorial fund has been established for Mt. Olive Lutheran Church..
