      He served in the U.S. Navy for two years and graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison law school. He was a contract manager/lawyer. For the last 25 years he lived in texas where he was employed by AC Delco electronics division of General Motors, the Rockwell communication center and the LTV aero space division. He was associated with the Apollo mission and the Patriot missile..

      Survivors are two sons, Daniel J. Denissen of Houston, Texas and Steven M. Denissen of Lewisville, Texas; three grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Marvin (Gertrude) Smits, Mrs. Edward (Christine) Wicker and Mrs. Dennis (Jeanne) Hendricks all of De Pere, and one brother, David of De Pere. He was preceded in death by one sister, Clara Trout, and two brothers, Mark and Richard Denissen..

      Funeral Services were held in Lewisville, Texas with burial in the Flower Mound cemetery there. .
