    • Jerome "Jerry" Aschenbrenner, 73, Manitowoc, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, April 3, 2008, at his home. He was born March 6, 1935, in Glenmore, son of the late Antone and Albertina (Leiterman) Aschenbrenner. He graduated from Central Catholic High School in Green Bay, and was a Brother for 23 years for a Professed Order of the Catholic Church. Most recently, Jerry also drove bus for the city and schools in Manitowoc.
      Survivors include his two brothers, Rufus (Mildred) Aschenbrenner, De Pere; and Bob (Jeanette) Aschenbrenner, Glenmore; sister-in-law, Mary Pat Aschenbrenner, De Pere; nieces and nephews; one step-daughter and four step-sons, Judy (Joe) Stelzer, Arizona; Wayne (Dorothy) Krall, Mishicot; Dennis Krall, Manitowoc; David (Karen) Krall, Denmark; Neil (Karen) Johnson, Maribel; and Brian Krall, Manitowoc; 12 grandchildren, Jessica Westermeyer, Joe Stelzer, Jr., Jeff (Teri Meyer) Krall, Scott Krall, Kyle Krall, Aaron (Patty) Johnson, Jenny (Matt) Kuhnert, Abby Johnson, Krissy (Jason) Prosser, Debbie (Paul) Bradley, Andrea (Eric) Fields, and Patti (Andy) Mason; ten great-grandchildren, Cassidy and Nathan Krall, Jonas and Clair Johnson, Ethan Kuhnert, Olivia and Owen Prosser, Ryan and Megan Bradley, and Ebbott Fields; and very special friend, Marcy Krall.
      Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Harvey; one niece, Lynn Pischke; and step-daughter, Diane Johnson.
      Family and friends may call Sunday, April 6, 2008, (TODAY) from 3 to 6 p.m at Knutson-Cotter Funeral Home, 536 Cty R., Denmark. Funeral service will be held 6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
