      Age 87, died after a brief illness Friday December 23, 1988. She was born May 3, 1901 in the Town of Vendenbroek. She was a member of St. John Catholic Church, the ST. Elizabeth Society, and the Little Chute Golden Agers. Survivors include four daughters and sons-in-law;: Eileen and Robert Pagel, Madison; Bernice and Ronald Zenefski, Fayetteville, Pennsylvania; Lavern and ARnold Van Heuklon, LaGerande, Georgia; Donna and James Wildenberg, Green Bay; two sons and daughters-in-law; Donald and Esther Kempen, Kimberly; Giles Kempen, Little Chute; Esther Kempen, Green Bay; 34 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren,. She was preceded in death by her husband, Martin on October 17, 1982, two sons: Harvey and Marvin; a daughter, Audrey; 12 sisters and brothers. Funeral services will be 7 p.m. Monday from St. John Catholic Church, with the Rev. Msgr. James Vandenhogen officiating. Interment will be in the parish cemetery. Friends may call at the Verkuilen Funeral home after 3 p.m. . . .
