Our mother Ruth went to meet her Lord and Savior on Tuesday evening, March 25, 2014. Ruth died peacefully from the effects of Lewy Body Disease. Ruth was born on April 26, 1933 in De Pere to Henry George Secor and Winifred Calaway. She married George J. Koltz on August 27, 1955. He preceded her in death on September 10, 1983.

Ruth was baptized and married at St. Boniface Church. Her faith in God was strong which was evident in her daily attendance of church until her illness would no longer allow and the faith foundation both she and George instilled in their children.

Ruth was a stay at home Mom who's first and most important job was to care for her husband and children. Before her illness, Ruth volunteered her time to the Christian Out Reach Program, singing in the church choir and visiting the sick in the nursing home.

Ruth was a great mother, grandma (AKA Grams, G-Ma and Grammy) and great grandmother.

She is survived by her 4 children: George (Diane) Koltz, Karen (Craig) Effertz, Lynn (Corny) Roemaat and Mike (Wendy)Koltz.

Also surviving her are her great grandchildren: Alexus, Shaun, Alivia, Brayden, Clayton, Colin, Bennett, Samuel Cash and soon to be born Ellie Grace.

Ruth is survived by her and George's sisters, brothers and in-laws, Hank (Mary) Secor, Joe (Judi Becker) Secor, June (Ralph) Wilcox, Rosalie Liska, Lucille Secor, Marie Secor and Lowell Van Straten.
