      Kristine A. Rosin, 58, Wrightstown, passed away Tuesday, September 6, 2005, at a local hospital following a courageous battle with lung cancer. She was born June 3, 1947 in Appleton, WI, daughter to Richard and Kristine (Springate) Boogaard. She graduated from Seymour High School and Bellin College of Nursing. Kristine worked as a Registered Nurse at Bellin Hospital for 28 years, and following worked at Rennes Health Care Center and most recently at Aurora BayCare Medical Center. She married Clyde "Blackie" Rosin, February 10, 1968 at Zion United Methodist Church in Forest Junction. She loved crocheting, knitting, gardening, the Packers, her cats, Peaches, Smokey, and K.C., and was a member of AORN.

      Survivors include her husband, Clyde "Blackie" Rosin, Wrightstown; two children: Kurt (Courtney) Rosin, Ledgeview, and Carrie Rosin, Wrightstown; three grandchildren: Morghan, Hunter, and Keegan; mother, Kristine Springate, Milwaukee; her foster mother, Carolyn Mill, Casa Grande, AZ; and two sisters: Anne Mosgaller, Milwaukee, and Judi (special friend-Blaine) Kroll, Appleton; nephew, Brian (Annette) Kroll, De Pere; great niece and great nephew, Elizabeth and Andrew; uncle and aunt, Bernard (Dorothy "Dodo") Boogaard, Kaukauna; cousins: Tom (Shawn) Boogaard, Mark Boogaard, Mike Boogaard, and Marti Ann (Al) Asghar.

      Kristine was preceded in death by her father, Richard Boogaard; grandparents, Anne and Henry Boogaard, and Anne and Redvers Springate; brother-in-law, Dennis Mosgaller; uncle, Alan Springate; cousin, Eugene Van Boogard; foster father, Virgil Bredburg; foster father, Robert Mill.

      Family and friends may call Saturday, September 10, 2005 from 9 a.m. until the time of funeral service at Zion United Methodist Church in Forest Junction. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday at church, with the Rev. Warren R. Waddell officiating. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in her name.

      DeWane-Cotter Funeral Home, Wrightstown, is assisting the family.
