    • Frank King was a sanitary engineer and designed a modern sewage system for the city of Madison, WI. He wrote the first plumbing code. He was employed for thirty years by the Wisconsin Board of Health at the state capitol in Madison. Frank Robert King was born in a small log cabin in Random Lake Wisconsin November 10, 1875. In 1938, he tragically drowned during a sudden storm flooding while duck hunting with friends in Bridgeport, Crawford Co., Wisconsin..
