Tony was a very special man. He will always be remembered for his gentle sime and his love for life. He had a deep love for his family. He cared for his wife, Lorraine with total devotion until her death in October of 2002. He was a caring father, brother and grandfather. He lived to watch his grandsons play basketball and baseball. In his younger years he coached his grandsons in Little League. He was the grandpa that went to all his grandsons' school field trips and was known as "Grandpa Tony" to all the children. In his later years, Tony loved to play cards and enjoyed his weekly card games in Sherwood with his brother, Jim. Whether he won or lost he was always known as "Lucky Tony". He loved to go out to eat and was often seen at his favorite restaurant Landreman's. He loved watching reruns of The Honeymooners and Perry Mason with his son, Randy. Tony enjoyed a wonderful summer and spent quality time with all of his family.
Our dad was the finest man we knew. Though he faced many obstacles in life, his wife's final, lingering illness or his son's childhood bout with polio he never lost his faith or his optimism for life. He was the best role model his children and grandchildren could have had. We love you so much. He will be deeply missed by his family and everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him.
