    • Fond du Lac Commonwealth Reporter, Mon. Dec. 10, 1934, p. 3, c. 5. DEATH CLAIMS MRS. MARY KLIX. Lifelong Resident of County Expires at Home of Her Daughter, Mrs. Duffie. Mrs. Mary Klix, 65, widow of William F. Klix, a lifelong resident of the county, died at 6:30 p.m. Sunday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. L.A. Duffie, 585 South Main street, after eight weeks illness. She resided at 28 East Scott street, but had been at the home of her daughter for some time. Born July 19, 1868, in St. Peter she came to this city more than 50 years ago. Surviving are three daughters and a son, Mrs. Sam Stanchfield of this city, A.J. Gilles of Larchmont, N.Y., and Mrs. William Schingen and Mrs. Duffie of this city. She also leaves her father, Nicholas Freund, 92, of this city, a sister, Mrs. Fred Wensea of Milwaukee, a brother, Henry Freund of Pasadena Calif., and 7 grandchildren. The body will be at the Duffie residence at 6 p.m. today. Funeral services will be held from there at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday and at 9 a.m. from St. Mary's church with burial at Calvary cemetery.

Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Klix, widow of William F. Klix who died Sunday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. L.A. Duffie, 585 South Main street, were held at 8:30 a.m. today from the residence and at 9 a.m. from St. Mary's church. The Very Rev. Peter W. Gersbach officiated. Burial was at Calvary cemetery. Pallbearers were Emmett King, J. Richter, P. Friedel, S. School, A. Steinbarth and J. Promen. The services were largely attended. Among those present from away were Mr. and Mrs. Fred Weasea, Miss Kate Kane and Mrs. Roman Grimscheid of Milwaukee, Mrs. Emma Heimermann, Joseph Heimermann, Fred Heimermann and Mrs. Robert Shortl of Appleton, Mrs. John Kraemer and daughters, Georgene and Delores, Mrs. Anton Kramer and John Stangler of Watertown, Mr. and Mrs. John Murtha and Mrs. Katherine Reichenbach of Wauwatosa, Mrs. George Clymer of Racine, Mrs. H.T. Barnes of Delafield and Mr. and Mrs. John Koehn of Sheboygan.
