      Dimmer, Victoria


      Victoria Dimmer, 90, Dyckesville, died early Thursday morning, Jan. 28, 2010, at a Green Bay Hospital. She was born May 5, 1919, in New Franken, to the late Peter and Anna (Burkart) Liebergen. On Aug. 24, 1938, Victoria married Leo Dimmer at St. Kilian Church in New Franken. He preceded her in death April 16, 1974. Her enjoyments included crocheting, flowers and card playing. Her top priority in life was her church, her prayers and spending time with her precious family.

      Survivors include her seven children and their spouses, Mary Ann (Donald) Bader, Joan (Larry) LeMense, Nancy (Tom) Malcore, Lee (Vicki) Dimmer, Carol (Leland) Cornette, Dan (Sharon) Dimmer, Don (Pattie) Dimmer; 31 grandchildren, Cathy Kubiak, Deb (Jeff) Zich, Jeff Parins, Julie (Jim) Grondin, Jill (Doug) Hammond, Susan (Bob) Pigg, Ann (fiance, Cory Hendricks) Parins, Dan Bader, Dave Bader, Darrin (Colleen) Bader, Denise Bader, Diane (Randy) Seiler, Barbara (Keith) DePrey, Jane (Jim) DePrey, Mark (special friend, Shelly) LeMense, Lisa (John) Dykstra, Chris (Dan) Klansky, Laura (Paul) Skarivoda, Mike (Laurie) Malcore, Scott (Jennifer) Malcore, Mary Malcore, Brenda (Shawn) Madden, Patrick Bunce, John (Jennifer) Dimmer, Kathleen (Damon) King, April Cornette, Tracy (fiance, Greg Gosser) Cornette, Brian Dimmer, Eric Dimmer, David Dimmer, Ken Dimmer; 46 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; one sister, Louise Lemens, Green Bay; many nieces and nephews.

      Victoria was preceded in death by her husband; two sons, Jerry Dimmer, Jack Dimmer; two grandsons; one son-in-law, James Parins; her brother and sister-in -law, Francis (Delores) Liebergen; her sisters and brothers-in-law, Regina (Jule) LaRose, Martha Liebergen and Art Lemens.

      Friends may call at the McMAHON FUNERAL HOME, LUXEMBURG, 3 to 8 p.m., Sunday Jan. 31, 2010. Parish prayer service 7 p.m. Sunday with Sister Marlene Dimmerling, Parish Director. Visitation will continue between 9:45 and 10:45 a.m. Monday at St. Louis Church, Dyckesville. Funeral 11 a.m. at the church with Rev. John VanDeuren officiating. Burial in St. Louis Cemetery, Dyckesville.

      In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established in Victoria's name.

      The Family wishes to thank Sr. Marlene Dimmerling and the Parish Members of St. Louis Church in Dyckesville, with a special thanks to Rita Falish and all the angelic neighbors and friends who helped keep our Mom in her home.
