- Appleton Post Crescent 6-9-2005 Helen F. Meulemans, 89, Town of Kaukauna, passed away peacefully Friday, July 8, 2005 at he r home. She was born July 10, 1915 in the Town of Lawrence, daughter to the late Louis and Ha ttie Gerrits. She married Raymond P. Meulemans, February 9, 1933 at St. Paulâ™s Catholic Churc h in Wrightstown, and he preceded her in death in 1997. Helen liked painting, crafts, and pla ying cards. Survivors include two daughters: Elizabeth Piso, Kaukauna; Arlene (William) Egan, Kaukauna; 2 0 grandchildren, 45 great-grandchildren, and numerous great-great grandchildren. Helen was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Raymond, infant son, Joseph, son and dau ghter-in-law: Robert (Dorothy) Meulemans, daughter and son-in-law: Mary Jane (Ronald, Sr.) Va n Schyndel, son-in-law, Jack Hopfensperger, four sisters and three brothers. Family and friends may call Monday, July 11, 2005 from 10 a.m. until the hour of Mass at St . Paul Catholic Church, Wrighstown. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Mo nday at church, with Father John Schuh officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. De Wane-Cotter Funeral Home, Wrighstown, is assisting the family.
