    • Kenneth Aloysius Potier, 89, of Pembine, Wis., died Jan. 5, 2001, in Greenfield, Ind.

      Kenneth Potier was born Nov. 23, 1911, in Amberg, Wis., son of the late Constant and Julia (Antonneau) Potier.

      He married Mary Agnes Bernardy on Oct. 27, 1934. She preceded him in death in August of 1986.

      He lived in the Amberg and Pembine areas most of his life, where he was employed as a dairy and beef farmer and also did logging and custom threshing work.

      He was survived by three sons, Roger (Sheryl) Potier of Pembine, Wis., Stephen (Kathy) Potier of Greenfield, Ind., and Alan Potier of Rapid River; a daughter, Mary Kay Marasco of Green Bay, Wis.; a sister, Eunice Sommers of Marinette, Wis.; 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

      Funeral mass: St. Margaret's Catholic Church in Pembine. The Rev. Fr. Mike Betley officiated.
