- Pamela S. Horkman, 63, Green Bay and Pulaski, died unexpectedly Wednesday, July 22, 2015. She was born on September 12, 1951, in Green Bay to Roger and Vivian (Carter) Walker.
Pam graduated from Green Bay West High School, Class of 1969. She was employed by Dr. Earl Gray for several years. Upon the birth of her children, Pam chose to stay home and raise them. She loved interior decorating, going to rummage sales, antiques and all animals. Pam also enjoyed horseback riding. She had a great sense of humor and loved sharing jokes and laughing. Pam was a beautiful person inside and out, always putting everyone before herself.
She was a loyal wife, the best mom and grandmother "Doodoo" ever. She will be missed by her family: husband, Larry; daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer "Queenie" and Greg Sikorski; son, Matt "Baby Boy" Horkman; two grandchildren, Gavin and Vivien Sikorski; two brothers, a sister and their spouses, Michael Walker, Paul and Mavis Walker, Debbie and Ken Geurts; two sisters-in-law, Karen Walker and Patricia Stowe; many nieces, nephews, cousins; close friend, Diana Wasielewski; her cousin, Cindy "Skin" Johnson; Aunt Beverly (Bill) Adriansen and Uncle Richard Walker.
Pam was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Gary, Patrick, and Peter Walker; a nephew, Michael "Boog" Walker; and her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Henry and Marjorie Horkman.
Friends may call at Blaney Funeral Home, 1521 Shawano Ave., from 12 noon to 2 p.m. Saturday. The Funeral Service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Entombment will be in the Allouez Chapel Mausoleum. To send online condolences, please go to www.BlaneyFuneralHome.com.
A memorial fund has been established in Pam's name.
The family extends a special thank you to the staff of Bellin Hospital ICU, Dr. Foster and the attending nurses for their love and wonderful, amazing care.
Pam's children, Jennifer and Matt, want her to know how much they love her and how proud they are to call her their Mom. She was their rock, easy to talk to, and advice giver. She will forever be in all of our hearts.
